Seafood over rice, salad, and miso soup lunch set at your friendly neighborhood fast-food joint. Except, the place is clean. And the food is fresh. And filling. Actually, it doesn't seem like fast-food at all, except it's prepared quickly (ingenious!).

Would you believe this is a Denny's breakfast plate? Fried egg, bacon, nori (seaweed), rice, miso soup, and natto (fermented soybeans). The menu also had more "American" style meals, all in very small portions.

At Tokyo SkyTree, I had this bowl of Chinese noodles. It was greasy and didn't taste that great. It made me appreciate living in Ishikawa, where the seafood is always freshly caught and high quality.
