FOOD FARE: Harvest Time

Another curry dish from the changing seasonal menu at CoCo Ichibanya.

Fresh seafood - shrimp, mussels, clams - at the Not-So-Secret Society of the Noto (NSSSN) Welcome Party.

A bento (boxed lunch) during the undokai midday break.

A "service" (free) cup of coffee I received on accident. I wandered into what I thought was a coffee shop and the owner made me a fresh cup. It wasn't until after that I realized he was in the business of coffee beans! Oops.

This isn't your ordinary onigiri (rice ball) - it's made with rice that was harvested this year. I ate it in honor of the good harvest and to good health!
