- WWOOF on a merino sheep farm (WWOOF = willing work on organic farms)
- go on a Lord of the Rings tour
- skydive along the coast so you can see both sea and shore (mayyyyyyybe)
- hike the Milford Track (South Island)
- hike Arthurs Pass National Park (South Island)
